Shipping + Returns

Australia Shipping:

Free shipping to Australian residents when you spend $150 or over.

Standard shipping is $10 

Express is $15

All items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Please note we are located in a rural area, your items will usually take an extra day or two for this. 
We send your parcels via AusPost.

We offer free local pick up in Byron Bay, NSW, please select this at checkout and we will respond to you within 1 business day in regards to collection.

International Shipping:

We ship world wide - if your country is not available at checkout, please get in touch with us hello@birdieandme.com.au and we can organise this for you. 

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

Returns:


Here at Birdie + Me we want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you wish to return your order you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order for a store credit that is valid for 3 years. This applies to orders purchased at full price only, no sale items.

All items must be returned in original, new condition, with all appropriate packaging and tags attached. Birdie + Me are not to be held responsible if your item does not reach us safely or is damaged in transit. 

Please email hello@birdieandme.com.au to get in touch in regards to returning your item, We will issue you a RA (returns authorisation) number. Any item returned to us with out an RA number will not be processed. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the individual returning this order.

Faulty:

All of your orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you feel as though your order has arrived to you faulty, please email us with images of the fault attached to hello@birdieandme.com.au. We will help you from there.
